Juan Martínez-Almeida

Juan Martínez-Almeida has a wealth of work experience. Juan began their career in 1998 as a Collaborator at Office of Architecture Rafael Fontoira. In 2003, they moved to Office of Architecture JM Padín Sánchez as an Architect. In 2012, they Co-Founded iMotion Factory and in 2013, they Co-Founded Saborean.do. In 2014, they became an Arquitecto at Estudio de arquitectura juanalmeida.com. In 2017, they took on the same role at ediliciaBIM | Soluciones BIM Inteligentes. Most recently, in 2021, they started working at Airdev as a Technical Support Team Lead, Software Developer, and Developer partner.

Juan Martínez-Almeida obtained their Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) from Universidade da Coruña in 2010. In 2016, they obtained the Funcionalista Inmobiliario certification from Instituto de Práctica Empresarial and the Asesor Inmobiliario Cualificado certification from Red de Asesores Inmobiliarios Cualificados (RAIC). In 2018, they obtained the Congreso Internacional BIM. 7º Encuentro de Usuarios BIM certification from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).
