Iasmina Martiniuc has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Iasmina started their career at Save the Children as a Volunteer, where they taught Romanian to refugee children and participated in awareness campaigns. Iasmina then interned at The Romanian Cultural Institute, gaining experience in PR and marketing. Iasmina later joined PLAI Festival as a Volunteer, where they welcomed artists, organized tours, and promoted cultural initiatives. At Kingston University, they worked as a Library Assistant, processing materials and assisting students and staff with various queries. Iasmina then moved on to Park Plaza Victoria, where they served as a Meetings & Events Guest Relations Officer, coordinating conference operations and training as a coach. Their next role was with The British Library as a Reference Specialist in Social Sciences, where they facilitated access to the library's collections through workshops and innovative procedures. Currently, they are with AirDNA, first as a Customer Success Specialist, then as a Customer Success Manager, and currently as the Head of Customer Success.

Iasmina Martiniuc completed their A Levels equivalents in Science, Maths, and English at National Banatean College from 2005 to 2009. Iasmina then pursued a BA Hons Degree in Business with International Relations at Kingston University from 2009 to 2012.
