Harrison Montgomery began their career in 2008 as a Producer at Fox Sports Southwest. In this role, they were responsible for technical inputs to live sports broadcasts, including content management and production, accurate and up to date ticker information, building informative graphics displays, operating live tape playback, and statistical research to support on-screen graphics. Harrison also provided video support as a Tape Operator for live and taped shows, and acquired media credentials and set up shots for the "Dairy Queen's Big Game of the Week" High School Football show. In 2010, they took on an Intern role at Q2 Sports and Entertainment. In 2021, they joined Aireal as Head of Growth & Marketing and Vice President of Marketing. Aireal is an immersive 3D visualization company for leading builders and developers, and their patented technology is proven to sell homes and projects faster while decreasing development costs by an average of 12%.

Harrison Montgomery began their education at Coppell High School. Harrison then attended Texas Tech University from 2007 to 2008, studying Business Administration and Management, General. In 2008, they transferred to Southern Methodist University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 2011. In October 2015, they obtained a Texas State Health/Life Insurance certification from the State of Texas. Most recently, they completed a Disruptive Strategy course from Harvard Business School Online in 2022.
