Zavier H.

Zavier H. has a wealth of experience in operations and management positions. Zavier began their career in 2003 as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter at Barclays Investment Bank. In 2007, they joined GDM Group LLC as the Director of Operations and Call Center Manager. Here, they coached, developed and retained a high-performance senior management team, and created an REO sales team. In 2018, they moved to iPacesetters, LLC. as Training Manager, where they increased employee retention with the implementation of professional development plans and training programs. In 2019, they joined Mekong Plaza as Operations Manager, where they spearheaded daily operations, ensuring optimal workflow and productivity. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Airebeam.

Zavier H. is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Organizational Leadership from Northern Arizona University, which they expect to complete in 2022. Zavier is also taking an Executive Certificate in Psychology of Leadership from Cornell University, which they expect to complete in 2022. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from University of Phoenix in 2020, and a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Business Administration and Management, General from Arizona State University in 2009. Zavier H. has also obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from Cornell University and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level II from Purdue University Krannert School of Management.
