Sonia Tremblay, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and cloud software sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Mobility Operations at AireSpring and the Senior Director of Service Delivery and Customer Care at Syntegra, Sonia focuses on enhancing customer experience and service delivery through process optimization and performance management. Previously, as the Program Service Delivery Manager at Pareteum Corporation, Sonia led complex project implementations in collaboration with various functional teams. With a strong background in project management from roles at Telarix and BT Communications Do Brasil, Sonia has consistently driven performance improvements and operational efficiencies. Educationally, Sonia holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais.
