Russell Elkin

Russell Elkin has extensive work experience in the field of product development and technical service engineering for companies in the composites industry. Russell started their career in 1994 at Baltek Inc. as a Marine Products Coordinator and later became a Technical Service Engineer. In 2005, they joined Alcan Baltek as a Technical Service Engineer and later transitioned into the role of Product Manager for Structural Core Materials. In 2010, they returned to Baltek Inc. as a Senior Technical Service Engineer and held this position until 2018. Currently, Russell is working as the Product Development Manager USA at 3A Composites Core Materials, and they are set to assume the role of Product Development Director starting in July 2022.

Russell Elkin attended Carnegie Mellon University from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
