Tamar Lapco

Tamar Lapco has a diverse range of work experience. In 2020, Tamar worked at AirFind as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing over 30 clients and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. They also launched and monitored various campaigns to ensure growth for client revenue. Prior to this, Tamar worked at ONE12th as a Key Account Manager and Associate Account Manager. They also gained experience as a Marketing Account Coordinator at Kip Hunter Marketing and as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at O'Connell & Goldberg. Tamar's early experience includes roles as a Marketing and Social Media Intern at PremiereTrade and One Twelfth Inc., as well as a Retail Sales Representative at Orlando Magic. Additionally, Tamar served as a Committee Member at Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve (ESGR), where they launched and managed a social media initiative to increase communication, build trust in the brand, and expand its reach.
