Burcu Yuce Yaldiz

Burcu Yuce Yaldiz has a diverse work experience in human resources across various industries. Burcu currently holds the position of HR Manager at Airfinity Ltd. Prior to this, they worked at the London School of Science & Technology (LSST) as an Executive Project Coordinator and Human Resources Officer, where they were responsible for managing all employee relations cases at the Wembley campus and head office. Additionally, they worked as an HR Advisor and later as a Human Resources Manager at The Business Year, where they conducted and supervised HR, recruitment, and training activities. Burcu also gained experience as a Human Resources Specialist at OMV Petrol Ofisi A.Ş., where they developed HR management processes for expatriate employees. Burcu started their career at PwC Turkey as an HR Labour Law and Social Security Consultant, and later worked as an Assistant of Field Operation at Oxford Business Group, where they provided support and training using SAP and assisted the operations team.

Burcu Yuce Yaldiz began their education in 2002 at Ege University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Botany/Plant Biology in 2008. Burcu then pursued further studies and obtained a Master's degree in Business Management from the London College of International Business studies from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they enrolled in the University of Wales, Cardiff and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2012. Burcu later undertook CIPD Qualifications and earned a Level 5 Diploma in 2020 from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
