Alexandra Bak-Boychuk

Alexandra Bak-Boychuk is an experienced professional in employee relations and compliance, currently serving as Vice President at Airgas since January 2018, after previously holding the role of Director in the same department. Prior to Airgas, Alexandra worked at Penn National Gaming from November 2015 to January 2018 as Vice President of Employment & Business Affairs, where expertise as employment and labor counsel was applied to a highly regulated gaming environment. Alexandra's legal background includes serving as a Senior Labor and Employment Attorney at Ballard Spahr LLP from September 2007 to October 2015, representing various employers in multiple industries and managing litigation and labor arbitrations. Additionally, Alexandra was a Judicial Law Clerk for the U.S. District Courts from October 2006 to August 2007. Alexandra holds a law degree from Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in English from Yale University.
