Brenda Vance

Brenda Vance SHRM-SCP is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various impactful roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the Southwest Region at Airgas since November 2013, Brenda has previously held HR management positions at Imperial Group Manufacturing, Tranter, Kent H. Landsberg, and Saxon Mortgage. Starting a career in human resources as an assistant at Saxon Mortgage, Brenda also gained early experience as a Passenger Service Agent at Delta Air Lines and a Warehouse Agent at FedEx. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, both obtained from The University of Texas at Arlington.
