Crystal McGuirk

Crystal McGuirk, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the HR Director for the Northeast Region at Airgas since April 2023. Prior to this role, Crystal was a Senior HR Manager/HR Business Partner at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., where responsibilities included directing human resources for multiple manufacturing plants, guiding recruitment and employee engagement initiatives, and participating in budget processes. Crystal also held positions at Vishay Electro-Films, Inc. and Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., where duties encompassed staffing, employee relations, organizational performance coaching, and managing a large team of HR practitioners across multiple locations.
