Payal Baheti, PMP®, PhD is a Principal Scientist at Airgraft with extensive experience in leading innovative formulation development and production efficiency. Payal has a background in chemistry and has worked on various projects related to material-focused technologies, sun protection factor research, and development of bio-emulsifiers. Payal has also conducted research on topics such as poly(glycerol sebacate) synthesis and quantum dots functionalization. With a strong educational background in chemistry, including a Doctor of Philosophy degree, Payal has demonstrated expertise in regulatory strategy development, product development, and project coordination throughout their career.
