Role Overview: As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety and procedural standards. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining inventory accuracy, overseeing incoming inspections, and supporting our commitment to quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational goals and targets;
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and inspections to uphold inventory accuracy and compliance;
• Receive, inspect, and reconcile incoming materials with purchase orders; manage documentation processes;
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements;
• Foster a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment;
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective teamwork.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or warehousing, preferably in aviation or a regulated industry;
• Strong knowledge of warehousing procedures and regulatory standards;
• Familiarity with principles of incoming inspection in an aviation setting is highly desirable;
• Proficiency in English; excellent communication skills;
• Leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation;
• Computer literacy, including MS Office suite; familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus;
• Valid driver’s license (Category B) and a clean criminal record for airport security clearance.
