Omar Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Omar started their career in 2006 as the Department Head of Help Desk Datos and BlackBerry Call Center at Telcel, where they were responsible for nationwide corporate support of data transmission projects and value-added services. In 2016, they joined Dronet Consulting as the Deputy Director, accountable for operational development, sales growth, and managing the financial aspect of projects. This role helped increase revenue by 60%. In 2017, Omar Cruz joined Cisco as a Technical Account Manager, where they played a key role in integrating the Control Center platform and exceeded sales goals by 100%, resulting in more challenging assignments. In 2020, they became an independent consultant for IoT projects. Omar then worked as a Specialist Networks Sales Manager at Teltonika Networks in 2021. Currently, they are working at AIRLINQ as a Technical Account Manager for LATAM.

Omar Cruz attended Escuela Superior de Ingenieria Mecanica y Electrica from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Licenciatura degree in Ingenieria en Comunicaciones y Electronica.
