Jose K Joy

Jose K Joy has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of design. Jose started their career as a Design Intern at Naukri.com, where they worked on creating an 'Integrated Online Recruitment System' for recruiters.

Jose then worked as a User Experience Designer at Pensio Software Technologies, where they contributed to designing user experiences.

Following that, Jose joined NICEFIT Innovations Pvt. Ltd. as a UX Consultant, where they provided consulting services related to user experience.

Jose then joined Tricon Infotech as a UX Designer, where they worked on various projects and eventually progressed to the role of Senior UX Designer and then Principal UX Designer & Head of Design. In these roles, they were involved in understanding client requirements, creating design strategies, and conceptualizing designs through wireframes.

Currently, Jose is working at Airmeet as a Principal Designer, responsible for ensuring that the design outputs meet user needs and solve problems faced by hosts and speakers. Jose will soon be taking up the role of Director of Design at Airmeet, where they will be responsible for mentoring the design team and advocating for users' needs.

Jose K Joy completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the University of Calicut, from the years 2005 to 2009. Jose then pursued a Master's degree in Information & Interface Design from the National Institute of Design, from 2010 to 2012.
