Kaustuv Prakash

Kaustuv Prakash has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Kaustuv is currently the Director of Product Management at Airmeet, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Lead at Airmeet from July 2020 to June 2022.

Before joining Airmeet, Kaustuv worked at Hike as a Product Lead from November 2017 to July 2020. At Hike, they led the 'Stickers' and 'Hikemoji' (avatar) product and also built a product in the social and vernacular content space for the Indian mass market.

From January 2016 to November 2017, Kaustuv was a Product Manager at Quikr, where they led product development for the classified and marketplace business models in the 'Mobiles' category. Kaustuv also led a growth project called 'InterCity' that facilitated cross-city transactions between buyers and sellers.

Kaustuv also has experience at Deloitte India, where they worked as a Business Technology Analyst from June 2010 to March 2013. Kaustuv worked on optimizing logistical operations for a global leader in the network equipment industry.

Furthermore, Kaustuv worked at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited as a Manager for Special Tech Initiatives in 2014, focusing on establishing new systems for the distribution of pharmaceutical products.

In 2008, they interned at Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) as an Architectural Intern, working on the company's growth plans in India.

Kaustuv Prakash completed their secondary education at St. Michael's High School in Patna from 1992 to 2004, where they studied Physics, Chemistry, and Maths (PCM). Kaustuv then pursued a Bachelor of Architecture degree at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, from 2005 to 2010. Later, from 2013 to 2014, they attended the Indian School of Business and obtained a Post Graduate Program in Management with a specialization in Marketing.
