Andreas Hagenbring

Andreas Hagenbring has extensive experience in various leadership and advisory roles within the finance and communications sectors. Andreas is currently serving as the Managing Director, CFO, and CRO at AirPlus International since July 2018. Additionally, they are a member of the CPI Advisory Board at Commercial Payments International since October 2018. Previously, they held the position of Deputy Chairman and Member of the Non-Executive Board at CommuniGate Kommunikationsservice GmbH from July 2018 to March 2020. Prior to these roles, Andreas worked at Lufthansa Group as the SVP, Head of Investor Relations from November 2012 to June 2018, and as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions from October 2008 to October 2012. Andreas also served as an Executive Board Member at DIRK - Deutscher Investor Relations Verband from February 2016 to February 2018. Additionally, they have experience as a Non-Executive Director at The Airline Group Limited from May 2011 to March 2014. Andreas started their career at Hauck & Aufhäuser as an Assistant Director in Corporate Finance and M&A from January 2006 to September 2008. Andreas began their professional journey at Ernst & Young as an Associate in M&A from October 2002 to December 2005.

Andreas Hagenbring obtained their Internationaler Betriebswirt, CBA degree in International Management from International Management School Malente between 1999 and 2002. In 2001 and 2002, they attended Anglia Ruskin University to further their studies in International Management. More recently, in 2019, Andreas earned a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Lean Six Sigma, and became a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
