Kathrin Roccor

Kathrin Roccor has work experience in various HR roles at AirPlus International. Kathrin started in March 2017 as an Applicant Management, and then moved on to HR Employee Services from February 2018 to July 2018. Kathrin later became an HR Management Consultant from August 2018 to February 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director HR People InTouch, starting in March 2020. Prior to working at AirPlus International, Kathrin worked as a bank clerk at Kreissparkasse Köln from January 2012 to March 2017.

Kathrin Roccor holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in General Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Human Resources Management and Management Consulting. Kathrin also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business administration and business psychology from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2020. Kathrin also completed a Talent Manager HR program at IHK Köln in 2017.
