Sian Prigg

Sian Prigg has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sian is the Head of People at AirPortr since February 2023. Prior to that, they founded Start Sooner in 2019, where they provided personalized coaching programs to help women achieve their career potential. Sian was also a Non Executive Director at SWIM WALES starting from March 2019. From 2017 to 2023, they worked as a Senior Learning and Talent Manager at Opel Vauxhall Finance. Earlier in their career, Sian held roles such as Head Of Human Resources & Talent and Management Trainer at t2 Group from 2013 to 2017. Sian was also the Head of HR & Training at MyJobGroup.co.uk from 2012 to 2013 and the Learning and Development Manager at Insight from 2007 to 2012. Further back, they served as a Sales Manager at The Juice Group from 2006 to 2007 and as a Recruitment Consultant at Kelly Services from 2002 to 2006. Sian began their career as a Field Sales Representative at Office Depot in 2001.

Sian Prigg obtained a BA Hons degree in Law from Brunel University London between 1997 and 2000. In 2009 and 2010, Sian attended Cullen Scholefield, where they earned a Certificate in Training Practice with a focus on Training. From 2015 to 2017, Sian pursued Level 7 CIPD Qualifications in Human Resources Development. Sian also obtained additional certifications, including Emotional Intelligence Practitioner from Genos International in December 2017, CIPD Level 7 HRD from CIPD in September 2016, NLP Practitioner from NLP in January 2014, and Belbin Practitioner from Belbin Team Roles (UK - Head Office) in January 2013. Sian also has experience in Executive Coaching, with training from Hult Ashridge.
