David Hyland

David Hyland has a strong background in IT and technology leadership, with experience spanning over two decades. David most recently worked at Airservices Australia, where they served as the Head of Technology Strategy, Architecture, and Planning, responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of enterprise-wide technology strategies. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Service Integration and Planning at Airservices Australia, where they managed various portfolio areas within the Information Management & Technology group.

Before joining Airservices Australia, David worked at Transport Sydney Trains as the NGIS Program Manager, overseeing a transformation program focused on optimizing organizational demand, service fulfillment, and technology infrastructure services. David also served as the Head of Infrastructure Services at Primary Health Care, supporting the IT strategic vision and exceeding expectations in IT Infrastructure and Operations.

David's earlier experience includes roles at Toll Holdings Limited, where they worked as the Global Head of Infrastructure Development & Implementation, Global Head of IT Operations & Infrastructure, Manager of Application Services, and Business Project Delivery Manager/Programme Director. David also served as a Project Manager at Brightstar Corp, the National IT Manager at TNT Logistics, and the IT Manager at Monash IVF and the Building Control Commission.
