Ron LaJoie

Ron LaJoie has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Ron is currently working at Airship Syndicate as the Director of Production since January 2023, after starting there as a Lead Producer in October 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Rooster Teeth as the Lead Game Producer from September 2018 to November 2019. Ron also served as the Lead Producer at Boss Key Productions Inc from June 2017 to May 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Producer at Certain Affinity from May 2014 to June 2017, as a Production Manager at Cloud Imperium Games from May 2013 to February 2014, and as a Producer at Armature Studio from November 2012 to May 2013. Ron also had a stint at Lightbox Interactive where they worked as a Producer from May 2012 to October 2012 and as an Associate Producer from August 2009 to May 2012. Ron started their career at Midway Games as an Associate Producer from January 2008 to December 2008, and previously worked at Turbine as a Senior Game Master from March 2007 to July 2007.

Ron LaJoie attended Champlain College from 2001 to 2006, where they studied Professional Writing. In 2009, they briefly attended Austin Community College to study IT Project Management. In September 2012, they obtained a Scrum Master certification from ScrumAlliance.
