With more than 17 years of experience leading human resource functions across a variety of industries, Erin has proven experience developing and delivering programs that support rapid-growth companies, high-performing cultures and efficient operations. Prior to Airship, Erin managed all benefits and compensation programs at New Seasons Market. She held HR management roles at VTech, Ensequence and MBL Group LLC.
