Michael Haggerty

Michael Haggerty has worked in software engineering since 2007. In that time, they have held roles at SiteVision Inc., Geographic Information Services Inc., Corvesta Inc., GE Digital, and Airspace Link Inc. In 2007, they were a Web Application Developer at SiteVision Inc., developing web applications for Anthem, Virginia Healthcare and Hospital Association (VHHA), and the International Missions Board (IMB) using ColdFusion, jQuery, and MS SQL. In 2009, they were a Senior GIS Developer at Geographic Information Services Inc., developing custom GIS applications for private sector and government clients including the U.S. Army and Vulcan Materials Company. In 2012, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Corvesta Inc., porting a custom suite of applications from VB6 to ASP. NET MVC4, and providing full stack support on legacy code written in PL/SQL, VB6 and C#. From 2015 to 2021, they were a Staff Software Engineer at GE Digital. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Airspace Link Inc.

Michael Haggerty attended Fork Union Military Academy from 1997 to 1999, and then Virginia Tech from 1999 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
