Mivsam Yekutiel, Ph.D.

Mivsam Yekutiel, Ph.D. has a long and impressive career. Starting in 1997, they served as a First Sergeant in the Intelligence-Programming Branch of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). In 2003, they became a Program Developer at the Weizmann Institute of Science, where they taught physics and chemistry classes to engage and promote science interests in young adults. Mivsam also lectured and reviewed a program called the “Young Scientist” to high achieving high school students. In 2008, they worked as a Developer, Manager, & Instructor at the University of Otago. From 2012 to 2018, they were a Research Fellow in the Engineering Faculty at Tel Aviv University, where they developed mathematical models to find new photovoltaic materials to improve renewable energy sources. During this time, they wrote and prepared grants, reviews and presentations. In 2017, they took the role of Head of Partnership and Research at WeTrust Platform, where they coordinated community outreach, developed financial products for Ethereum blockchain, led all research efforts, wrote whitepapers, reports and presentations, and project managed the crowdfunding and daily projects. In 2018, they joined Adelia Research LLC as a Business Research Consulting, working hand in hand with all stakeholders, including management, legal, technical, business development, and marketing teams to ensure a fully detailed research, reporting, communication and product development processes. Mivsam also got small businesses from the idea stage to the fully funded federal grant point, including via the SBIR and STTR programs. In 2019, they became a Member Of The Board Of Advisors at FinTech4Good. Finally, in 2022, they joined Airspace Link, Inc. as a Proposal Manager.

Mivsam Yekutiel, Ph.D. obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computational Chemistry from the University of Otago between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Chemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science between 2003 and 2006. Mivsam also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2000 and 2003. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Initiating and Planning Projects from the University of California, Irvine in April 2016, AHA Heartsaver First Aid with CPR/AED from CPR Lifeline, and Budgeting and Scheduling Projects from the University of California, Irvine.
