Elmer Fernandez

Elmer Fernandez has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Global Based Customer Support Engineer at Airspan Networks since November 2000, specializing in digital radio systems utilizing Long Term Evolution and WiMax technologies. Previous roles include Customer Support Manager at Airspan, Technical Lead for the nationwide WiMax system deployment at Nepal Telecoms, and Technical Lead for a 4G LTE pilot project at Peoples Telecommunications Corp. Additionally, Elmer held positions as a Systems Engineer at Liberty Telecoms, Philippines, focusing on digital trunked radio systems and microwave networks, and worked at EL Telecoms, Phils. Elmer holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Mapua Institute of Technology, obtained in 1992.
