Frank Bonnett Caballero

Frank Bonnett Caballero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service engineering and network operations within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Engineer at Airspan Networks since September 2017, Frank supervises global projects and supports customer cases for LTE Small Cells and related technologies. Previously, Frank held roles at Huawei Colombia, overseeing service level agreements (SLAs) and monitoring equipment for governmental projects, and at Millicom and Linea de Comunicaciones as an O&M engineer focused on BTS operations. Frank holds a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications and an Engineer's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communication Engineering from Universidad del Norte, along with a Bachelor's degree from San Luis Beltran.
