Tali Ackerman

Tali Ackerman is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Global SVP People at Airspan Networks since August 2019, Tali previously held executive positions at ClickSoftware, Dynamic Yield, and Enercon Technologies, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and change management. Tali also founded a business dedicated to helping parents balance family and career, while conducting workshops and consulting. Prior to these roles, Tali led HR initiatives at RSA and Avaya, and gained early leadership experience in the IDF Army Intelligence Technological unit. Tali holds a Master’s degree in Labor Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and Education from Tel Aviv University, along with ongoing education in group facilitation and parents group facilitation.
