Mark Leksan

Mark Leksan has a diverse range of work experience in finance and operations. Mark began their career at Ernst & Whinney Limited, where they worked as a Certified Public Accountant from 1983 to 1987. After that, they joined Ford Motor Company, where they held various financial analyst roles in different departments. Mark worked at Ford from 1989 to 2003, during which they gained experience in cost analysis, financial analysis, and site control. In 2003, Mark joined Formica Group North America as the Director of Operations Finance before moving up to the role of Senior Director of Finance, North American Operations in 2006. Mark then transitioned to Formica Corporation in 2012, where they served as the Senior Director of Global Operations Finance until 2016. Most recently, Mark worked at Airstream as the Vice President of Finance, starting in 2017. Overall, Mark has significant experience in finance and operations, with a focus on financial analysis, cost analysis, and management.

Mark Leksan holds a Master of Science in Management degree from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, with a focus on Finance and Operations Management. Mark obtained this degree from 1987 to 1989. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and MIS at the University of Toledo from 1979 to 1983. In addition to their formal education, Mark Leksan has acquired several certifications. Mark became a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio in June 1985. Mark also obtained the IMA Data Analytics & Visualization Fundamentals Certificate from the Institute of Management Accountants in September 2020. Mark'smost recent certification is "Beyond the Basics: Data Analytics and Visualization for Accounting Professionals," which they obtained from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in December 2022.
