In this capacity, they directed the design and administration of the corporate benefit program, including health, life, and disability insurance, workers' compensation, employee assistance, 401(k) plans, and pension plans. Shelly also led several plant closures and relocations, managed benefits issues, coached managers on leave programs and personal performance discussions, and facilitated three due diligence and HR integration projects.
Before joining Midmark, Shelly worked at PMI Food Equipment Group as a Space Planning Designer from February 1993 to February 1998, and at B.F. Goodrich as a Tool Engineer from February 1992 to August 1992.
