Richard Halewood serves as the Vice President of Sales – Asia Pacific at Airswift since March 2019, where the primary focus is on driving sales growth and delivering workforce solutions for major projects in the energy and STEM sectors. Halewood has held several key positions within Airswift, including Regional Director and Senior Manager for the Asia Pacific region, contributing to sustainable growth and strategic priorities as a member of the Global Leadership Team. Prior experience includes roles at Spencer Ogden, VINCI Energies, Mentor IMC Group, Orion Group, NES Fircroft, Montpelier Group, Vision Television, and Adecco, showcasing a robust background in business development, client services, and recruitment within the energy, engineering, and construction industries. Halewood holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is currently pursuing MBA Essentials at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
