Thomas Schofield has worked in various roles in the engineering field since 2012. Thomas began their career as a Student at the University of Virginia in 2012, and then went on to work as an Engineering Intern at Obsidian Engineering, Inc. in 2014. In 2015, they were a Project Engineer at WW Associates, and then a Staff Engineer at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services in 2016. In 2018, they were a Student at both George Mason University and George Washington University School of Professional Studies, and also worked as a Software Developer at Apptium Technologies. In 2019, they were a Full Stack Developer at Infinite Technologies, Inc., and is currently a Senior Full Stack Engineer at AirTank.

Thomas Schofield attended Virginia Tech from 2011-2012, studying Civil Engineering. Thomas then attended the University of Virginia from 2012-2015, where they obtained a BS in Civil Engineering. In 2018, they attended The George Washington University for a Coding Bootcamp in Full-Stack Web Development. Thomas also obtained a NanoDegree in AI Programming in Python from Udacity in 2018.
