Tony Dannatt has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Starting in 1987, they worked as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician at Charles Wells before transitioning to the role of Senior Pyrotechnician at Kimbolton Fireworks Ltd. There, they participated in various high-profile events and displays. In 1999, Tony joined Fishbanana Ltd as the General Manager for Corporate Events and later became the Retail Operations Manager at Selfridges in London. In 2002, they became the Project Manager and Operations Manager at Midwest Technologies Ltd, which was subsequently renamed Infinno Group. From 2005 to 2012, Tony held the position of Consultant Project Manager at Atmaana Ltd and then served as the Managing Director of PolySource Global Ltd, a recruitment business set up on behalf of Stirling Dynamics. In 2006, they became the Commercial & Operations Director at Stirling Dynamics, where they played a pivotal role in negotiating contracts, setting purchasing procedures, and troubleshooting projects. Currently, Tony is the Head of Programmes & Business Stream Lead at AirTanker Services Limited, responsible for delivering air-to-air refueling and transport services to the UK Ministry of Defence and NATO. Throughout their career, Tony has demonstrated an ability to standardize project approaches, develop teams, and deliver successful milestones.

Tony Dannatt ChPP obtained an NVQ V in Operational Management from OCR in the years 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed an NVQ Level 3 in Supervisory Management at Huntingdon Regional College from 1996 to 1997. Tony'shigh school education was completed at Sharnbrook Upper School from 1982 to 1987. In terms of certifications, Tony obtained the Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) designation from the Association for Project Management in July 2023. Tony also obtained the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) in November 2019, the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) in May 2019, and became an Associated Professional Member (APM) in December 2019, all from the Association for Project Management.
