Olalekan Oguntoyinbo has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Olalekan is currently working at Airtel Africa as the Lead Business Analytics, where they develop and executes the organization's analytics strategy and identifies opportunities for leveraging data analytics to drive business growth. Prior to this, they were the Lead BI and Analytics Operations at Airtel Africa, responsible for end-to-end Business Intelligence and Analytics delivery. Olalekan has also worked as the Head of Revenue Assurance and Risk Management at ERL Telecoms Services Limited and as the Head Of BI Operations at Bluechip Technologies Limited. Additionally, they have experience as the MD/Owner of MBLAS Nigeria Limited and has held positions at Airtel Nigeria, Zain, Celtel Nigeria, and Kewalram Chanrai Group. Olalekan Oguntoyinbo has a diverse education history. Olalekan obtained their HND in Computer Science from Kwara State Polytechnic Ilorin from 1999 to 2004. In 2009, they furthered their education at Oracle University and acquired the OCA certification. Olalekan then pursued a Fraud Management Specialist certification at Preasidium in 2010, specializing in Telecom Fraud. In 2012, they attended Airtel India and received training in Rating Management Analysis and Simulation, specifically in the field of Intelligent Network. Later in 2012, they became a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) at LRMG Performance Agency. In 2013, they attended Airtel Business Excellence and achieved the Lean Six Sigma Project Achiever certification. In 2015, Olalekan attended Digital Jewel and gained a certification in Project Management Professional. Recently, in 2022, they enrolled in the Rome Business School Nigeria to pursue a Master of Science degree in Data Science Management. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Foundations of Project Management from Coursera in 2021. Olalekan also holds additional certifications, including Managing Project Risks (2021 Update) from Skillsoft and another OCA certification obtained in 2008.
