CAROL KUSASIRA, BSc.QE (MUK), MBA (UK) is currently serving as the Lead of Operations at Airtel Uganda. Previously, worked as the Compliance Manager overseeing compliance programs within the Customer Service function. With a background in Finance and Accounting, they have experience in roles such as Fixed Assets and Bank Reconciliations Accountant, Accounts Receivable Accountant, and Ag. Interconnect & Roaming Accountant at Airtel Uganda. They also have experience in magazine & publication at Turah Developments and interned in Finance at Airtel Uganda. Completed a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, and holds certificates in German Language and Literature and Computer Applications from Makerere University.
