Flavia N Lwanga

Flavia N Lwanga has been working in the field of human resources for many years, with experience at companies such as Airtel Uganda, Stanbic Bank Uganda, Uganda Breweries Limited, and Uganda Flowers Exporters Association. With a Master of Organizational Psychology degree from Makerere University Kampala, Flavia has been responsible for formulating and driving HR strategies to align with overall business objectives in their various roles. Proud of their first job as an Administrative Assistant, Flavia has worked their way up to become a Human Resources Director in their current position at Airtel Uganda.
