Engineer Aeronautics Design Stress Toolling Processes at Airtificial Intelligence Structures SA

Abel Muñoz Alé has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Abel started their career as a Lean, Stress and Design Engineer at Renault in 2006, where they focused on analyzing improvements in the gearboxes production line and designing machines. In 2007, they worked as an R+D, Stress and Design Engineer at MacPuarsa, where their responsibilities included market research and designing a supporting structure system for photovoltaic modules.

Abel then joined Alener Solar as a Project Manager, where they specialized in energy projects engineering, particularly in the field of photovoltaics. Their role also involved managing research and development projects. In 2011, they moved to Suringenieria as a Project Engineer, where they worked on large HVAC and energy projects, including cogeneration, small wind power, and HVAC systems for hospitals and malls. Their responsibilities included designing and calculating technical room structures and support structures of pipelines.

Since 2013, Abel has been working at AIRTIFICIAL as an Engineer in Aeronautics. Abel is involved in the design, stress analysis, tooling, and processes of the Embraer KC-390 aircraft, particularly focusing on the AFT Sponson design.

Throughout their career, Abel has gained extensive experience in various engineering roles, particularly in the areas of design, stress analysis, and project management in aeronautics, energy projects, and automotive industries.

Abel Muñoz Alé earned a degree in Industrial Engineering (5 years Master of Science) from the Universidad de Sevilla. Additionally, they pursued a specialized education in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering, specifically in the field of Composite Material Expertise and Calculation of Aircraft Components at the same university. The duration of this program was from 2012 to 2013.
