A Snapshot

As the Customer Business Manager, you will be part of AirTrunk’s front-end customer engagement function, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success (based in our Singapore HQ). You will work closely with other regional teams, making your mark in a number of ways:

  • You will lead in tracking customer demand, customer intelligence and manage all customer database in the CRM system
  • You will lead in building data analytics and be a key support in deal analysis and internal reporting
  • You will lead in preparation of customer-related presentations for both internal stakeholders and customers.

Your Day to Day

Management of CRM

  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of all customer opportunity pipeline and strategic engagement across AirTrunk’s global portfolio in Salesforce (SF)
  • Regularly engage relevant stakeholders to support in their respective resource planning needs through specialized SF customer deal reports.
  • Lead in providing strategic insights from SF customer database, to integrate and guide future growth of the business including: Site expansion, commercial strategy roadmap, and new market entry
  • Create BI dashboard in integration with SF for monthly reporting

Deal and Contract Management

  • Lead in consolidating and executing customer contract amendments
  • Engage Customer Success team and relevant stakeholders in actively tracking all open contracts to completion.

Customer Engagement

  • Engage with key customers in the preparation of customer partnership reports and to follow through on improvement items with internal teams

Governance

  • Ensure holistic governance of all current and archive library of customer proposals, deal negotiations and contract priorities
  • Track historical data and make recommendations for overall improvement for customer engagement and deal execution

Requirements

  • 5 years of working experience in business development and key account management, with exposure in managing CRM and BI dashboards
  • Regional experience in the Technology, Data Centre and/or Cloud Infrastructure industry is highly advantageous
  • In-depth experience utilising Salesforce CRM and data visualisation tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI and Tableau
  • A meticulous and highly organised individual, with a strong ability in planning ahead and anticipating opportunities.
  • A strong communicator and able to distil complex concepts and information in a concise manner.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are flexible and resilient in the face of change.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and are able to adapt across different personalities and cultures.
  • Highly proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
