Ezra Hug has a lengthy work experience in the telecommunications industry, beginning with a role as Senior Project Manager at BCI Communications in 2007. Ezra then moved to Parsons Corporation in 2005 as Site Development Manager for AT&T, and then to Bechtel Corporation in 2010 as Senior Site Development Manager. In 2011, Hug founded NEDAS, the largest regional DAS and Small Cell association in the region, and also worked as Director of DAS Solutions for SQUAN and Director Business Development for American Tower. From 2015 to 2019, they served as Director of Strategic Partnerships for Boingo Wireless, and in 2020 they were Vice President of Corporate Accounts for JMA Wireless. Currently, Hug is Director Carrier Sales and Operations for Airwavz Solutions, Inc.
Ezra Hug obtained a High School Diploma from The Williams School in 1990. From 1986 to 1990, they were enrolled in the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Ezra then attended Lewis & Clark College from 1990 to 1993, where they studied Environmental Science. In 1993, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Ecology and Resource Management from Goddard College. In 2005, they attended Portland State University to study Engineering Project Management. In 2008, they attended New York University to study Real Estate. In addition, they have obtained a 5G Technology Strategy: Next-Generation Mobile Networking certification from LinkedIn in 2021, and a Licensed Real Estate Broker certification from the New York Department of State in 2008.
