K. Brian Glaze, P.E. has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and technology industries. K. Brian began their career in 1996 as a Principal at PES Structural Engineers. In 2010, they joined Autodesk as a Customer Success Development Leader, where they subsequently held the roles of Head of Global Customer Success Manager and Consulting Delivery Enablement, Senior Manager of the Customer Success Management Team (CSM) AMER, and Manager of the AMER Customer Success Management Team. In their most recent role as a Customer Success Manager, they helped some of the world's largest Engineering and Construction companies achieve their goals. In 2022, they joined AirWorks as Senior Director of Customer Success.

K. Brian Glaze, P.E. received their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1996. In 2000, they obtained their Professional Licensed Engineer from the Georgia Secretary of State. In 2010, they obtained their Effective Facilitator certification from Leadership Strategies. In 2021, they obtained their Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers certification from LinkedIn and their Birkman Certified Professional certification from Birkman. K. Brian is also set to obtain their Systems Thinking certification from LinkedIn in July 2022.
