Rodney Debono

Rodney Debono has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at AirX Charter since May 2017, following progressive roles including Human Resources Manager, Team Leader, Executive, and Administrator. In addition, Rodney holds a position as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Malta since September 2022. Rodney's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Training from the University of Leicester (2019-2021) and a B.A. (Hons) in Social Policy from the University of Malta (2014-2018) and University College Dublin (2016).
