Rabah Bu Hamdan has a diverse range of work experience. Rabah is currently working at Menzies Aviation as the SVP People, MEAA | Global SME-HR Analytics and Reporting since August 2022. Before that, they were an Official Member of the Forbes Human Resources Council starting in November 2021.

Prior to their current roles, Rabah held various positions at National Aviation Services (NAS), including Group Chief Human Resources Officer from September 2018 onwards and Group Human Resources Director from December 2013 onwards.

From August 2008 to December 2013, they worked as the Human Resources and Government Relations Manager at The Sultan Center. Before that, they served as the Human Resources and Administration Manager at McDonald's from May 2004 to July 2008.

Rabah also has experience as a Trade Consultant at Bartercard Australia from December 2002 to April 2004, and as a Legal Consultant - Trainee at Banque du Liban from May 2001 to October 2002.

Rabah Bu Hamdan completed the Wharton Executive Education | CHRO Program at Wharton Executive Education in 2021-2022. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in People, Culture and Performance from Stanford University in 2019. Rabah also studied Managing Talent for Strategic Advantage at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2016. Additionally, they earned an MBA in Strategic Management from Maastricht School of Management from 2009 to 2011. Rabah holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Beirut Arab University. Their high school education was completed at Le Lycée National. Rabah also received training in Airport Operations from IATA Training. Rabah has obtained certifications in Mergers and Acquisitions from Imperial College Business School and in Chief Human Resources Officer Program from Wharton Executive Education.
