Loukas Gravias

Loukas Gravias is a Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Aisera, where responsibilities include leading the chatbot experience utilizing LLMs, RAG, and Function Calling, and designing an experimentation framework for performance analysis. Previously, as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Loukas contributed to projects involving unsupervised intent generation and domain adaptation of Bert-like models. Experience at Intracom Telecom as a Junior Data Scientist included the development of a hybrid Heuristic-Deep Reinforcement Learning system for 5G applications, achieving a 30% power reduction. Loukas co-founded Chloe Irrigation Systems, implementing a Deep Reinforcement Learning Algorithm for irrigation decision-making and developing a field monitoring system. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Data Science from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics from the University of Patras.
