Julien Denoel has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the Responsable commercial de région Afrique Nord, Ouest et Centrale at AIT Ingredients since May 2005. In this role, Julien focuses on market prospecting in Sub-Saharan Africa, gaining field knowledge about baking methods, and organizing industry-related events. Previous experience includes serving as Responsable commercial France, where Julien was involved in the development and sale of baking improvements to industrial bakeries and mills, as well as project oversight. Earlier in 2002, Julien worked at Alpina Savoie as a Responsable de projet B to B, coordinating between R&D and Industrial Marketing, and creating technical and commercial documentation for couscous manufacturers. Julien holds an engineering degree in Food Science and Business Innovation Management from ISARA Lyon, awarded in 2002.
