Thayna Ferreira

Thayna Ferreira has extensive experience in the food industry with a focus on bakery products, holding the position of Gerente de contas at AIT Ingredients since May 2022. Prior roles include Technical Sales Representative at Prozyn BioSolutions, where Thayna provided technical consultancy and managed client relationships within the bakery segment. Thayna also served as a Local Innovation Agent for Sebrae, assisting small food businesses in enhancing productivity and innovation. Other positions include Implementation Success Analyst at Delivery Direto, and internships at the Municipal Health Department and the Federal Institute of Education, where Thayna gained valuable knowledge in sanitary inspection and quality control of food products. Thayna Ferreira holds an MBA in Business Management from USP/Esalq, expected in January 2024, and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering from the Federal Institute of Education, completed in 2019.
