Thayna Ferreira has extensive experience in the food industry with a focus on bakery products, holding the position of Gerente de contas at AIT Ingredients since May 2022. Prior roles include Technical Sales Representative at Prozyn BioSolutions, where Thayna provided technical consultancy and managed client relationships within the bakery segment. Thayna also served as a Local Innovation Agent for Sebrae, assisting small food businesses in enhancing productivity and innovation.
