Gerald Clemente is Co-Head of Sales & Account Management at Aite-Novarica Group. Previously, he was a co-founder of Aite Group. Gerald spearheads the firm’s business strategy efforts and advises clients, prospects, and partners on how they can meet their strategic goals. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry working closely with global financial institutions, technology vendors, and professional services firms.

Prior to founding Aite Group, Gerald headed the sales operations in the Americas for Cor Financial Solutions (originally part of the Paragon group within Thomson Financial Treasury Solutions (TFTS), which was subsequently acquired by Cor). Cor/TFTS was a leading provider of bank treasury, trading, and fixed income asset management solutions to banks and investment managers. During his tenure with Cor, Gerald led the organization’s sales force in securing business with some of the largest banks, broker-dealers, and asset management firms in the world. Prior to that, he worked as an Account Executive for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Reynolds Securities Inc. (MSDW), where he was recognized as one of the top producers in his class and honored with several awards for account and asset growth. Gerald's primary focus with MSDW centered around his work with asset allocation strategies and fixed income securities.

Gerald holds a B.S. from Fitchburg State University in Massachusetts, where he majored in Business Administration and Accounting. He has also held securities licenses, including Series 7, 31, 63, and 65.
