Sergio Moyano Andreu

Sergio Moyano Andreu has had a varied career, beginning in 2014 as the CEO and Sales Freelance in Selection and Training for GFAS - SMOYAES. In 2015, they took a Trainee Accountant Technician role at ASESORIA GOMEZ LUZÓN S.L., where they had their first contact with Siltra, Contrat@, and Sistema RED. In 2016, they became a HR Trainee: Labour Administration at VAERSA VALENCIANA DE APROVECHAMIENTO ENERGETICO DE RESIDUOS SA, where they were responsible for training, supporting the department of labor prevention, and planning and selecting personnel. In 2019, they were hired as HR Manager at WORK SOLUTIONS GROUP 2018 S.L., where they were responsible for departmental direction to the industrial sector, absences and vacations, and negotiating with clients. In 2021, they took on the role of Lead Recruiter | HR Specialist | Caregiver trainer at Aiudo and HR Generalist at Fervi Empleo Ett. In 2022, they became a Caregiver trainer at Cruz Roja Española.

Sergio Moyano Andreu is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master in Digital Marketing and eCommerce from ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona. Sergio is also taking a postgraduate course in Coaching and NLP at the same institution. Prior to this, they completed a degree in HR and Labour Relations from the University of Valencia from 2016 to 2020. Sergio also obtained a Professional Degree in Administration, Finance and Accounting from Escuelas San Jose Jesuitas from 2014 to 2016. In addition, they have obtained a number of certifications, including a Course in Person-Centred Attention from ACTIVIZA (2021), an Introduction to Lean Office from SGS PRODUCTIVITY by Leansis (2021), an Advanced Excel Diploma from Labora. Servicio Valenciano de Empleo y Formación (2021), a Prevention of Labour Risks in Office and Use of PPE and First Aid from APRISALUD (2021), a Certificate of Human and Social Formation from San José Fundación de Educación Superior (2016) and a Title of Prevention of Labour Risks (96 hours) from the Comunitat Valenciana (2016).
