Anders Damsted

Anders Damsted has worked in the customer success and copywriting fields since 2005. Starting with Gottlieb & Co as a Copywriter/concept developer, they then moved to lyhne+company in 2006 in the same role. In 2012, they joined Partnerhouse reklamebureau as a Copywriter/strategy, and in 2013 they moved to esoft systems as a Copywriter/strategy/account manager. From 2014 to 2018, they held the role of Head of Customer Relations and Sales at Esoft Creative, where they helped shape and develop the company from five to 40 people. In 2018, they joined Autodesk as a Strategic Customer Success Consultant for the UK/Nordics, and later as a Customer Success Specialist Nordics. In 2022, they became an Enterprise Customer Success Manager Aiven.

Anders Damsted attended Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a degree in Danish and communication with a field of study in language, media and communication.
