Diane Chicha has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 as a Human Resources Assistant at Hôtel Fouquet's Barrière *****. From 2011-2012, they worked as a Junior Business Consultant at MMA Bohême Assurances and an Executive Assistant to the General Spa Manager at Thermes Marins Monte Carlo. In 2012, they took on the role of Executive Assistant - Accountant at the family business SCP Chicha Luisi Berkesse. From 2014-2016, they worked as a Workplace & Event Coordinator at LinkedIn, and in 2016 they took on the role of Workplace Services Sr. Coordinator - Office Administrator at Salesforce. In 2019, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager at Side.co and the Lead, Workplace Services EMEA South and Associate, Space Planning EMEA at Salesforce. Most recently, Diane began their role as Workplace Experience Operations Lead at Aiven in 2022.

In 2011-2012, they earned a Spa Manager degree from Elegance Spa Academy in the field of How to run a Spa, from team management to daily operations. Additionally, they obtained an Accelerate certification from Salesforce in May 2022.
