Jana Hyrsky has over 10 years of work experience. Jana began their career in 2010 as an Intern in a travel agency at B&K Tour. In 2013, they moved to Trinity Lodge as a Front Desk Receptionist. In 2014, they became an HR Administrator at Temple Recruitment and was responsible for ensuring personnel and training files were kept up to date, as well as acting as the main point of contact for general HR administration queries. In 2015, they joined Accenture as a Talent Supply Chain Scheduling Admin - Financial Services, where they supported employees and Fulfillment Specialists in the scheduling process. In 2017, they joined Unitec Institute of Technology as a Business Administrator/Executive Assistant, where they managed Oracle Peoplesoft HCM and coordinated domestic and overseas conference travel and accommodation arrangements. In 2019, they became a Global Salesforce Admin User at Helvar. Currently, they work at Aiven as a CRM Engineer and CRM Specialist.
Jana Hyrsky completed a Master's degree in International Relations from Masaryk University Brno between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from University of Hradec Králové between 2008 and 2011. In 2010, Jana was an exchange student at Buckinghamshire New University, High Wycombe, United Kingdom, where they studied Tourism and Air Travel. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from Salesforce, a Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) in December 2021 and a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in January 2020.
