Jessica Silvester

Jessica Silvester has over five years of work experience. Jessica started their career in 2017 as a Technology Recruitment Coordinator at Morgan Stanley. In 2018, they took on a temporary Administrative Assistant role at Appear Here and a Front of House role at THE ARCH CLIMBING WALL LTD. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Talent Lead - Sourcing & Operations, Talent Sourcer, and Talent Operations Lead at FORM3. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist at Aiven.

Jessica Silvester completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Warwick between 2013 and 2016. Jessica then went on to obtain a Diploma in Applied Sport & Exercise Nutrition from the Guru Performance Institute between 2018 and 2020. In July 2020, they earned their CISSN certification from the International Society of Sports Nutrition.
